The J-HIBC Barcode Japan Office c/o ASICON Tokyo Ltd., which is the first Japan-based official institution to license Japanese healthcare related companies with the Health Industry Bar Code (HIBC), is involved in preparing some major events at IDS this year. Our activities also include arrangements for meetings between representatives of the European and Japanese dental industries.
21-23.2.2007, Tokyo Big Sight
For the first time ever we had our own booth at the Nano Bio Expo 2007, the most important Nano related exhibition in Japan. Our participation was kindly supported by the "Metropolitan Biotech-Related Startups Network". From 21 to 23 February we showed some of our micro devices (e.g. a micro flow sensor developed in Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe, Germany) to our visitors, and explained possibilities for co-development. Many of our visitors showed interest in using our consultancy services for heading to the European market in the future.
