ASICON Tokyo Ltd. works as the Japanese representative of IMT (Institute of Microstructure Technology) of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany. We arrange a number of co-development projects with Japanese companies and research institutes, especially in the fields of X-ray optics and micro structure fabrication. We have also started to cooperate with microworks GmbH which specialises in LIGA micro fabrication and its technology consultation.
